The previous site had to communicate a genuinely complex ecosystem, multiple audiences, services, countries and career pathways, and the real challenge was never adding more pages, it was simplifying that complexity without flattening the depth behind it. Jobseekers, employers, students and partners each needed their own path through the site, not one generic recruitment journey stretched to fit everyone.

Global Talent Square connects skilled talent with global career opportunities, employers, educational institutions and workforce partners across international recruitment, study abroad, training and global mobility. As the business expanded, its website needed a complete revamp, one clearer, more credible and more scalable digital experience capable of carrying the full breadth of what GTS actually does.

• Reframed The Brand Story: Repositioned GTS as one connected ecosystem, Talent through Training, Recruitment, Compliance, Mobility and Global Opportunities, rather than isolated services competing for attention.
• Web Design & Development: Designed and built the entire platform from the ground up, information architecture, navigation, page structures and front-end development, engineered to carry a genuinely complex business without feeling heavy.
• Two Dedicated Recruitment Journeys: Designed Job Search for candidates (Discover, Explore, Understand, Apply) and Hire Talent for employers (Understand, Define, Connect, Hire) as distinct experiences, not one journey trying to serve both.
• Audience-First Navigation: Built separate entry points for jobseekers, employers, students and partners, each with a path shaped around their own goals, not a generic one stretched to fit all four.
• A Scalable Design System: Built reusable content modules, cards, CTA patterns and templates, giving Job Search and Hire Talent room to feel distinct while staying part of one GTS ecosystem.

• A structured global talent platform in place of a service-led website, with dedicated Job Search and Hire Talent experiences, clearer audience journeys, stronger trust signals, and a scalable foundation built to carry GTS’s continued international growth.
