ShipzipLogistics
Making a tech-driven logistics network as legible online as it is on the road.
Rebuild ShipZip's website to position it as a modern, tech-enabled logistics and supply chain marketplace, spanning First Mile, Mid Mile, Last Mile, 3PL warehousing and hyper-local delivery.
The constraint
Logistics is genuinely difficult to visualise, it's trucks, warehouses, routing and SLAs, none of which photograph well. Most logistics websites default to generic stock imagery of vehicles and never quite explain what actually happens between pickup and delivery.
Draw What You Can't Photograph.
Stock imagery was replaced with custom illustration built specifically to explain ShipZip's service layers, turning an operationally complex business into something a first-time visitor could understand in a scroll.
An intuitive UI/UX served both B2B and B2C visitors, a custom illustration system broke down ShipZip's service architecture into relatable visuals, a dedicated blog positioned the brand as a logistics thought leader, and form submissions were wired directly into a live sales tracking sheet.
“Nobody can photograph a supply chain. So we drew one they could actually understand.”
An elevated brand image reflecting ShipZip's status as a tech-driven logistics leader, stronger engagement across trade and retail audiences, and a faster enquiry-to-follow-up pipeline for the sales team.
