Coca-Cola India

Creativity at Q-Commerce Speed

Designing a full portfolio of Coca-Cola brands to win the fastest, smallest shelf in retail: the phone screen.

Build quick-commerce visual assets for Maaza, Limca, Smartwater, Kinley, Fanta and Coca-Cola: six brands, and a single non-negotiable, every SKU had to feel unmistakably itself while reading as unmistakably Coca-Cola. Design for an environment where the average shopper spends only a few seconds per screen, and a swipe is the only interaction that counts.

The constraint

Quick commerce has rewritten the rules of shelf impact. There is no aisle to wander and no pack to pick up and turn over, just a thumb, a screen, and a ten-minute delivery promise. In that window, a banner has less time to make its case than a jingle has to finish its first bar. For a portfolio as wide as Coca-Cola's, the real challenge was making six brands pop differently, at speed, without diluting the single thread that ties them together.

The idea

One Sip, One Swipe.

We treated every quick-commerce slide as a frame in a moving story rather than a static creative. Each swipe became a beat: thirst, refreshment, payoff, engineered so a shopper moving through Blinkit, Zepto Instamart or Amazon absorbs the brand promise before their thumb finishes moving. AI-generated photoreal imagery lets us produce hyper-realistic condensation, pour and fizz across dozens of SKUs at a pace and consistency traditional photography could not match, without a single frame looking synthetic.

Expression

Every brand kept its own colour code, texture and energy: Maaza's mango warmth, Limca's citrus sharpness, Kinley's clean minimalism, Fanta's playful burst, while sharing one grid, brand typographic rhythm and one storytelling logic across platforms. The outcome is a quick-commerce presence that scales across SKUs and seasons without a single asset feeling templated.

“On quick commerce, you don't get a second look. We designed for the swipe, not the stare; every frame had to sell in the time it takes a thumb to move.”

A consistent, scalable creative system now running live across India's leading quick-commerce platforms for one of the world's largest beverage portfolios.
