Unifying a Diverse Portfolio with a Revamped Website

Unifying mining, real estate and infrastructure under a single, credible digital identity.

Redesign the DTC Group website to represent a genuinely diversified conglomerate, mining, real estate, infrastructure, under one unified brand, while launching major real estate ventures: DTC Capital City, Sojon and Southern Heights.

The constraint

Diversified groups carry a specific credibility problem online, too many business lines told through too many disconnected pages, leaving visitors unsure whether they're looking at one serious company or three unrelated ones. DTC's scale needed to read as strength, not scatter.

The idea

Same Company, Every Page.

One disciplined brand system, palette, type, imagery, was applied across every division and project page, so the Group's legacy and credibility carried through no matter which business line a visitor landed on.

Expression

A custom, minimalist WordPress build carried DTC's brand guidelines across corporate pages on history, vision, mission and values, alongside dedicated media and CSR sections. Detailed project pages for DTC Capital City, Sojon and Southern Heights covered amenities, pricing, floor plans and enquiry forms, with custom lead forms wired into a unified CRM via Zapier and backed by technical and on-page SEO.

What we did

“Scale should read as strength. If a visitor can't tell it's one company, the website hasn't done its job.”

A stronger, more cohesive brand identity across the Group's portfolio, sharper engagement on its flagship real estate projects, and one unified lead pipeline in place of several fragmented ones.
