Let The Craft Speak

An e-commerce platform built to sell handcrafted Moroccan kaftans to a genuinely global customer.

Build an international e-commerce platform for a Moroccan couture atelier specialising in handcrafted kaftans and bridal wear, supporting a global, multilingual, multi-currency clientele without compromising the brand's minimalist elegance.

The constraint

Craftsmanship-led fashion brands face a particular tension online, the product is tactile, cultural and detailed, everything a screen struggles to convey, while the audience is scattered across markets that share neither a language nor a currency.

The idea

Let The Craft Speak, Let The Platform Get Out Of The Way.

The interface was stripped back to near-nothing so nothing competed with the product photography, then the complexity, languages, currencies, customer support, was built in invisibly, underneath.

Expression

A minimalist WooCommerce build supported multiple languages, including English, French and Arabic, and multiple currencies, including MAD, EUR, USD, SAR and AED, for an international clientele, paired with an AI-powered multilingual chatbot giving non-English-speaking customers real-time support, and a streamlined backend simplifying inventory, orders and communication.

What we did

“When the product is this considered, the website's only job is to stay out of its way.”

Broader international reach, longer on-site engagement, and smoother day-to-day operations, all running through one platform built for a global customer.
