Using the site means you accept them. What this covers, and what it does not This page covers the website: reading it, using the enquiry form, and the material published on it. It is not your contract for work. Any project we do for you is governed by the proposal, statement of work or retainer agreement we both sign. Where that document and this page disagree, that document wins. Nothing on this page creates an obligation to do work, and nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance. ## 2. Using the site You may read, print and share the site for your own use, and link to it. You may not: copy it wholesale, republish our written work as your own, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, attempt to break its security, or use it to send anything unlawful through our forms. We may change or withdraw any page without notice. We try to keep the site available but we do not guarantee it is uninterrupted or error-free. ## 3. Enquiries Sending an enquiry does not create a contract and does not oblige us to take the work. We may decline any enquiry without giving a reason. Please do not send confidential information through the form. If you need to, ask us for an NDA first. Anything you do send through the form is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. ## 4. Our work, in outline We provide branding and creative retainers, website and eCommerce design and build, social campaigns, and video production. Scope, fees, timelines, revisions and acceptance are always defined in the signed document for that project — not here. Two things are worth stating in advance because they come up on most projects: Third-party costs are yours. Domains, hosting, plugins, stock imagery, fonts, advertising spend and similar are billed to you or bought in your name unless the proposal says otherwise. Timelines depend on you as well as us. Feedback, content and approvals that arrive late move the delivery date by at least as much. ## 5. Intellectual property Ours. The site, its design, its code and everything we publish on it belong to Pixel Street. Our name and logo are our marks. Nothing here transfers them. Yours, once you have paid. For commissioned work, the intellectual property in the final approved deliverables transfers to you on full payment, unless the signed document says otherwise. Until then it remains ours. What stays ours regardless. Concepts we did not take forward, working files, source components, and the tools, methods and know-how we brought to the project. Any third-party asset — a font, a stock image, a plugin — remains under its own licence, which passes to you on its own terms and not on ours. Your material. What you give us — brand assets, copy, photography, data — stays yours. By giving it to us you confirm you have the right to, and you accept responsibility if you do not. Showing the work. We may display completed work in our portfolio, on this site and in pitches, and describe our role in it. Tell us in writing if a project is confidential and we will not. ## 6. Payment Fees, schedule and currency are set in the signed document. Unless it says otherwise: invoices are payable within 15 days; work may be paused on overdue invoices; and GST or other applicable taxes are charged in addition. ## 7. Liability Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Subject to that: the site is provided as is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of data arising from use of the site. For project work, our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us for that project. This is a deliberate allocation of risk and is reflected in what we charge. ## 8. Third-party services and links The site uses Google reCAPTCHA, and — only with your consent — Google Analytics, Google Ads and Hotjar. It links to LinkedIn, Instagram, Behance, Dribbble, Google Maps and WhatsApp. Each has its own terms, which we do not control and are not responsible for. ## 9. Privacy Our Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why, and forms part of these terms. ## 10. Ending things You can stop using the site at any time. We can suspend access if you breach section 2. Termination of a project is governed by the signed document for it. In general, work completed and costs committed up to the termination date remain payable. ## 11. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction, and you and we both submit to them. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest continues in force. ## 12. Changes These terms take effect on 30 September 2026. We may update them; the version on this page at the time you use the site is the one that applies. Material changes to a signed project contract are made by agreement, not by editing this page. ## 13.
